Ministries of Flat Brook Baptist Church
Our Sunday Morning Service at 11 am is an old fashion church service where the Father is worshipped, Christ is Magnified, and the Holy Spirit is working! We use the old black book and preach the old time religion of the Lord Jesus Christ. We enjoy singing the great hymns of the faith and fellowshipping with one another. It is an uplifting, refreshing time in the House of God.
We provide a Nursery for all of our regular services. All of our nursery workers are qualified ladies that have had real life experience in dealing with children. From infants up to 3 years olds there is adequate room for them to rest or play! Parents can be assured that their children will be cared for and loved.
Our Children's church is held while the Sunday morning service is going on. It is geared towards teaching God's Word on a level the children find fun and exciting. We sing songs, play a game, have a Bible story and give out prizes. The kids also have refreshments.
Our Sunday school program is a fanatastic way to learn the Bible and enjoy fellowship with other believers in spirit and in faith. We have classes for kids ages 4-12, teens 13-17 and an adult class. We believe the Sunday school is a vital part to the life of a Christian. As always a nursery is provided infants and toddlers.
Our Wednesday night Bible study and Prayer meeting service begins @ 7pm. This is an essential ingredient for any church that wants to learn more about the Bible. Also it is a most important time when we get together and pray for both the needs of our church ministry and of its members.
Our Discipleship program is based on material from Grace to Grow Publications. Please contact us for more information.
VAN MINISTRY! Picking up boys and girls for Sunday school. Adults are more than welcome too! We currently have one bus route in the village of Philmont.
